What tasks will I perform?
• You will be the first point of contact for customers and will aim to respond to their customers/requests by telephone or email.
• Identify customer needs.
Am I eligible?
• European passport or identity card
• Native French/Level C2
• Having level B2 English is a plus but not obligatory
• Have the ability to multi-task as you will speak to customers via phone and/or emails
